1. All copies (including plan, document and Occupation Permit) will be issued in black and white format.
  2. If you do not provide sufficient information on the approved plans/documents/occupation permits to be copied, the Housing Authority may not be able to process your application.
  3. Payment should be made by cheque to ICU Counter of the Hong Kong Housing Authority at 8/F, Lung Cheung Office Block, 138 Lung Chung Road, Wong Tai Sin, Kowloon.
  4. Collect in person
    Please present this 'Record of Transaction' for our verification when collecting the hardcopies of plans/documents/occupation permits at ICU Counter of the Housing Authority.

  5. Delivery by post (for Occupation Permit and Minor Works Records only)
    If you choose to obtain the copies by post, the copies will be delivered to the address provided by you. There is no refund of fees or re-issue of copies for any failure of delivery.
  6. Delivery by Courier
    1. The ordered copies of plans/documents/occupation permits (not exceeding 2kg) will be delivered to the address provided by you.
    2. The delivery will be made by a service provider appointed by the Housing Authority.
  7. No liability will be admitted, nor claim allowed by the Hong Kong Housing Authority in respect of any errors or omissions in the plans/documents/occupation permits. You should verify the details on the plans/documents/occupation permits before placing an order. There is no refund of fees once the payment is confirmed.
  8. There are no delivery services when a typhoon signal no. 8 or above is hoisted or a black rainstorm warning signal is issued by Hong Kong Observatory.
