You have to register as a User of the Public Housing e-BROS before you can access the system to search and make purchase of the approved plans and related documents of buildings under HA for viewing and placing order for the hardcopies.

If you want to inspect the building records at the office of the Independent Checking Unit, please call us at 3162 0621 for making prior appointment.

What's new

Starting from 30 September 2025, the system formerly known as "Housing Electronic Building Records Online System (HeBROS)" has been renamed as "Public Housing Electronic Building Records Online System (Public Housing e-BROS)". Please note that this is a change of system name only. All login credentials and data remain the same.

From 1 January 2025, the fees for viewing and copying of building records in Public Housing e-BROS have been slightly adjusted. For details, please refer to the Price List in this website.

Please visit Building Records Access and Viewing On-line (BRAVO) of Buildings Department for non-HA buildings.
