All information in the specified documents* & non-specified documents or specified document records* & non-specified document records obtained by you from Housing Electronic Building Records Online System (HeBROS) shall only be used for ascertaining the matters as specified in the Declaration in the Application Form for Registration as a User of HeBROS and the Declaration as displayed in each time you login to HeBROS. All other uses are prohibited unless prior express written authorization has been obtained from the Hong Kong Housing Authority/Housing Department (HA/HD) and the relevant copyright owners for the particular uses sought. Any unauthorized use such as reproduction, adaptation, etc. is strictly prohibited. The HA/HD reserves all rights including the right to be indemnified in the event of any copyright infringement claim against the HA/HD for any unauthorized use by the users of the materials in the specified & non-specified documents or specified & non-specified document records made available to the users.
