The Housing Authority (HA) launched e-Form submission of application on 27 June 2022 to enable the public rental housing (PRH) tenants to fill-in and submit application electronically via "HA/HD Website", "e-Services for PRH Tenants", "iHousing mobile app", "iAM Smart mobile app/website" and "GovHK". Applicants have to use "iAM Smart +" or "Hongkong Post e-Cert" for digital signing. Also, PRH tenants can still submit related application forms to estate offices in person.
In line with the Government's promotion on e-Payment options, HA launched Faster Payment System (FPS) e-Payment Service in mid-March 2022 as below:
Apart from notices of utilities services maintenance posted in the lift lobbies of the blocks; PRH tenants can receive e-notifications on regular/scheduled utilities services maintenance three days piror to the suspension of fresh water / electricity / flush water supply and lift services, or inspection / maintenance of the fire service system of their blocks for better preparations.
"iHousing", the first Mobile App of the Hong Kong Housing Authority will provide a wide range of services by phases. The first phase covers rent enquiry and payment services. Public rental housing tenants can download the App through their mobile devices and enjoy the following services anytime and anywhere:
