The HA/HD will only carry out audit check on minor works submissions selected at random in order to ensure that the completed minor works comply generally with the Buildings Ordinance and its subsidiary legislation.

2. HeBROS is provided for the purpose of inspection of minor works records only and is provided without any express or implied warranty of any kind. In particular, the HA/HD does not make any express or implied warranty as to the accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or timeliness in relation to such contents. The HA/HD will not liable for any errors in, omissions from, or misstatements or misrepresentations (whether express or implied) concerning any such information, and will not have accept any liability, obligation or responsibility whatsoever for any loss, destruction or damage (including without limitation consequential loss, destruction or damage) however arising from or in respect of any use or misuse of or reliance on the information delivered on HeBROS. You are responsible for making your own assessment of all information contained on HeBROS and shall verify such information and obtain independent advice before acting upon it.

3. The status of new minor works submission may not reflect the latest situation, but will be updated within 5 working days.
